Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Chile is a very nice wine for the money. It opens with a lemon and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic, lively and fresh. The flavor profile is mainly lemon with notes of pineapple and fine minerality along with some hints of pear. The finish is dry and its acidity leaves you quite refreshed. This very good value Chard would pair nicely with chicken piccata. Enjoy – Ken
