Wine Review: This dark red colored red blend from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild black cherry like bouquet with a hint of old oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry with notes of plum. The finish is dry and its well managed tannins are very approachable. I would suggest pairing this pleasant wine with a slow cooked pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Fruit forward oak-aged Bordeaux blend featuring rich flavors depth and balance. Full of ripe berry and black cherry with soft tannins and hints of dark chocolate. We recommend serving this superb wine with beef, grilled foods or hearty pasta dishes.
