Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored wine opens with a spicy raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, lively, and juicy. The flavor profile is a blend of fruit forward raspberry and red currant. There was a touch of fruitcake flavors detected as well. The finish is dry and its building moderate tannins are noticeable and lengthy. This wine would pair well with a prime rib or pot roast. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A fruit driven wine that offers a great price-quality ratio. In the mouth it is full of luscious fruits, soft tannins, and the complexity proper of its oak ageing.
