Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Gewurztraminer opens with a mild lychee and peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is fresh, mouthwatering, and bright. The flavor profile is a yellow grapefruit, saline, and peach blend with notes of minerality, lemon with a hint of lychee. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Gewurz with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
