Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from Germany opens with a pretty strawberry, watermelon and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slight acidic and a bit effervescent. The flavor profile is a mineral infused red cherry and strawberry blend with notes of tangerine. The finish is off-dry and refreshing. This good value Rose would pair well a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rose is made with fruit from vineyards farmed expressly for the purpose of producing a true rosé (called Weissherbst in German). Only perfectly ripe, healthy grapes are selected. The resulting wine is light and refreshing, with deliciously bright fruit flavors and a clean, zippy finish.
