Wine Review: This easy drinking light straw colored sparkler had a lot of fine bubbles. The nose was a very delicate green apple, pear and baking spice. While labeled brut, this wine was slightly off-dry with crisp acidity, and was slightly creamy. Flavors of green apple, pear and baking spice, with light almond and minerality notes. The warm finish was moderate in length. Serve with sole almondine or bring to a party. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow color with golden bright reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Floral with fruity aromas of strong pear and golden delicious apple. The palate is refined, harmonious with lingering aroma and savoriness.
