Wine Review: This clean and buoyant Italian sparkler, made with Glera grapes, is a pale straw color with small streaming bubbles, with soft scents of orange blossom, fresh apricot, and wet stone. Medium mousse on the palate, it is crisp, balanced, round, and dry, with medium-minus body and medium acidity. There are flavors of green apple, crushed stone, and hints of white peach and lemon. The finish is fresh, mouthwatering and lasts a long time. Serve well chilled with classic margarita pizza, or a variety of soft and creamy cheeses. – Mark
