Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Gewurztraminer from Germany is a nice entry level wine. It opens with a mild lychee and floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet and fruity. The flavor profile is a mild lychee and peach blend with hints of minerality and a touch of lime. The finish is dry and subtle. This Gewurz is perfect for chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A full-bodied, medium-dry white with a lovely aroma of roses, accompanied by flavors of ripe peach and litchi. Fruity on the front, this Gewürztraminer finishes a bit drier with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove.
