Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Pecorino is a very very good value. It displays hundreds of very tiny bubbles when first poured into the glass. They dissipate quickly. It opens with a fragrant yellow grapefruit and lime like bouquet with a hint of wet stone and ginger. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and has a nice round and viscous mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a very tasty mineral infused green apple and lemon-lime blend with hints of almond and ginger. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors sail away nicely. I could drink a whole lot of this wine. I would pair it with grilled swordfish. Enjoy- Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright straw yellow colour, it presents intense aromas of fruit and flowers to the nose, with very clear mineral notes, intense and persistent. On the palate it shows a good structure and a pleasant freshness, with ripen fruit and sapid hints. Ideal with fish dishes, fresh cheeses, pasta, and legume soups.
