Wine Review: This Brut Rosé sparkler from Trump winery is dark coral colored and displays many fine streaming bubbles. It opens with a strawberry and green tea bouquet with hints of maraschino cherry and some bagel dough. On the palate, it is light bodied with nice froth and bright acidity. The flavor profile is a maraschino cherry and strawberry blend with notes of pink grapefruit and saline. I also detected a hint of orange zest mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Brut Rosé would pair well with Rick's chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Brut Rosé is made via Méthode Champenoise by blending 88% Chardonnay and 12% Pinot Noir. It’s fresh strawberry and cherry aromas and flavors dominate the nose and front palate.
