Wine Review: This pale gold colored Riesling opens with a fragrant ginger and Vaseline bouquet with hints of bee’s wax and apricot. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with plus acidity that settles down a bit with some air. The mouthfeel is bright, crisp, zesty, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a ginger, lime zest, and crushed stone minerality blend with notes of pear, saline, apricot, and green apple. The finish is dry, and its flavors acidity and flavors linger and last for a very long time. We would pair this Riesling with oysters on the half shell or a chilled crab cocktail. Enjoy - Ken & Mark

Winemaker Notes: This is the very definition of the Alsatian Riesling, well anchored in the dry and balanced Trimbach style. It shines with its elegant liveliness, crunchiness and notes of white flowers and citrus fruits leading to a saline finish.
