Wine Review: This light gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma Mountain opens with a yellow grapefruit bouquet with hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and tangy. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of grapefruit and tangerine with a hint of lime and mineralty. The finish is dry and it flavors linger for a sometime after it is gone. This wine would pair well with five fruit chicken. Enjoy - Ken
