Wine Review: This very good, relaxed Argentinian Malbec is a slightly cloudy, medium ruby color, with very fragrant aromas of black plum, chocolate, fig, loam, and saddle leather. On the palate, it is medium bodied with moderate acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, very smooth, lush, and fresh. It features juicy flavors of red plum, blackberry jam, dark chocolate, and tobacco leaf with a hint of black pepper. The finish is round with chewy tannins in a dry, long finish. I would serve this very good value Malbec with a blue cheeseburger. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: This Malbec shows aromas of red fruits like plums mixed with notes of vanilla and black pepper. It is medium bodied with very smooth tannins. Perfect to accompany grilled meat, stews, and pasta with mushroom sauce. Also, excellent partner of cheeses.
