Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Titus opens with a black cherry bouquet with hints of fig, plum, and dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, concentrated, and fresh. The flavor profile is stony minerality and cocoa blend with notes of black currant and black tea. We also detected hints of plums and figs. The finish is dry, and its managed moderate tannins build-up and stick around for a while. The Tasting Panel would serve this impressive Cab with a New York strip steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
