Wine Review: This pale garnet colored Pinot Noir from Three Sticks opens with a red raspberry and red licorice bouquet with hints of red cherry, clove, and forest floor. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is soft, smooth, and bright. The flavor profile is gentle clove and red raspberry blend with notes of blood orange and red currant. We also detected hints of black tea and stone dust mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with a pan-fried pork tenderloin medallions, sushi, or cassoulet. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This year's bottling bursts with notes of tart pomegranate and strawberry rhubarb with cardamom and bergamot. We get endlessly lost in the aromatics of this cool-climate Pinot Noir.
