Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Pinot Noir from Three Sticks opens with a strawberry licorice and cherry-cola bouquet with hints of blood orange, red plum, and cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, bright, and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of cola, cherry, and strawberry licorice with notes of red plum. We also detected hints of blood orange and tea. The finish is dry, and its fine dusty tannins are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with a Tuscan-style veal chop or with seared tuna. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Bottle aged for an additional six months; this follow up release to the inaugural 2018 vintage is characterized by its rich core with a burst of bright acidity. Aromas of black cherry and hints of allspice greet the palate, while a deep ruby color shines from the glass - ultimately leading to a long, luxurious finish.
