Wine Review: This dark pink colored wine with a copper hue is a very nice summer value wine. It opens with a crushed seashell and red cherry bouquet with hints of mild wild strawberry. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated medium to medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is rather smooth, soft, clean, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and red cherry blend with notes of gentle strawberry and white pepper. I also detected a touch of red raspberry in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. With food, you should try it with your favorite summer salad. It is also a nice bottle to share with friends by the pool on a hot summer day. It also comes in a 1-liter bottle, so it will last slightly longer! Enjoy - Ken
