Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Zin opens with a black pepper and oak laced black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a very tasty boysenberry with notes of oak and black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins show nice length. This Zin would pair well with grilled barbecue chicken.
