Wine Review: This is pleasant warm weather sipper, which is also available in cans. It is a pale gold color and has banana, pear, vanilla, matchstick and a hint of lime in the bouquet. It has a medium body and medium acidity and is round and velvety in the mouth. There are flavors of golden apple, gravel, vanilla, toasted cedar and green herbs, along with some light grapefruit toward the back end. There is some zesty minerality in the nice long finish. Enjoy some fried clams with a glass of this Sauvignon Blanc. – Mark (SIP Certified Sustainable)
Winemaker Notes: Another bright and racy vintage, with flavors of green apple, lime, grapefruit, lemon zest, notes of minerality and citrus aromatics. Silky and light, balanced with nice crisp acidity. My favorite wine with oysters, it pairs well with most any seafood.
