Wine Review: This faint straw colored Pinot Grigio from Swanson opens with a mild pear bouquet with a hint of mango and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a tangy grapefruit with notes integrated minerality. I also detected hints of green apple. The finish is very dry and its flavors and acidity linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
