Wine Review: This dark yellow colored ice-styled wine from the Finger Lakes is a good value. It opens with a fragrant apricot and golden raisin bouquet with a hint of honey. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and rich. The flavor profile is a honey and pineapple blend with hints of apricot and golden raisin. It closes with a sweet and long finish that lingers for quite some time. The Panel suggested enjoying this wine on its own or pairing it with vanilla biscotti. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This powerfully elegant wine shows off up front lemon aromas followed by very long and rich hints of meringue. Classic mouth filling flavors of ripe lemon and pear are on display, with rich creaminess broadening the palate.
