Wine Review: This orangish yellow colored Riesling Ice Styled Wine opens with a fragrant apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, quite viscous, and very sweet. The flavor profile is a ripe apricot and pineapple blend with notes of orange and just a hint of ripe grapefruit towards the finish. The finish is sweet and lingers for a while. I would serve this wine with very sharp aged cheddar cheese and Granny Smith apple slices. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This elegant dessert wine is filled with melon overtones balanced by a mouth filling structure and an ever-lasting finish. A great wine to share with friends! This Riesling dessert wine is smooth, well structured and nicely balanced. Although rich in sugar, the acidity provides a pleasing counterpoint, and highlights the lemon meringue flavors. Enjoy this wine on its own after dinner, or pair it with New York style cheesecake.
