Wine Review: This dark pink rose made from traditional Bordeaux grapes opens with a mild strawberry bouquet with a hint of orange. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and displays very fruity flavors. Those flavors are a blend of red apple, orange and strawberry. I also detected a hint of maraschino cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This tasty Rose would pair well with stuffed chicken marsala with figs. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Brilliant and rich colors of reds and pink combine with a spear of blue hue in this estate grown Rose. Aromas of raspberry, red cherry, rose petal and watermelon are young, fresh and vibrant. Flavors of strawberry, cranberry, and pomegranate complete an opulent profile with a vibrant crisp feel. This is a light, elegant and enticingly fun wine.
