Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine is a bit forward. It opens with a very fragrant ripe grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and shows slightly elevated acidity. The flavor profile is a very tasty grapefruit with notes of peach. There are hints of spice and minerality displayed as well. The finish is dry and clean. The panel suggested pairing this wine with crab cakes or walnut encrusted chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Attractive pale yellow hues are the prelude to the aromas of pear and subtle peach and nectarine, and smokey toasted notes of oak. Elegant flavors of pear, orange marmalade and lemon citrus combine with a light background nuance of French oak. This is a lovely, medium, crisp and elegant white wine!
