Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black raspberry, black cherry, and cedar bouquet with hints of cranberry and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very smooth and juicy. The flavor profile is red currant and black plum blend with notes of stone dust, black tea, and oak. We also detected hints of boysenberry, dried thyme, and black cherry. The finish is dry and refined tannins drift away nicely. The Panel would pair this Cab with filet mignon or beef wellington. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A complex and inviting Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon suggesting notes of raw fresh blackberries, crushed graphite, cassis, baking spices, and cocoa powder. Fine tannins provide savory structure, while floral notes of violets and laurel perfume the glass.
