Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine from France opens with a wet stone and mild red cherry bouquet with hints of rose petal. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and fresh. The flavor profile is chalky minerality and tangerine blend with notes of white pepper and saline. I also detected hints of red cherry and lime. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing.
