Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Loureiro based wine opens with a light lime and bay leaf bouquet with hints of light grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated bright acidity. The mouthfeel is round, lively, and crisp. The flavors profile is a light lime and mild white grapefruit blend with notes of saline, white pepper, and stony minerality. I also detected a hint of nectarine pit in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this white blend with oysters. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: ALLO has a yellow and silvery-bright color. In this blend, Alvarinho, full of tropical fruit and structure, contrasts with Loureiro, floral and delicate, resulting in a lively yet elegant white wine.
