Wine Review: This dark coral salmon opens with a mild watermelon and red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and soft. The flavor profile is a mild mineral and gentle strawberry blend with notes of green tea and clementine. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. I would serve this slightly chilled by the pool or beach this summer. Enjoy - Ken
