Wine Review: This burgundy colored Cab opens with a rather fragrant boysenberry and black cherry bouquet with hints of black pepper and clove. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced, and elegant. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant with notes of black licorice and black pepper. The finish is dry and shows very fine dusty tannins. The panel would pair this wine with a leg of lamb or filet mignon in the short term. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of plum fruit, cedar, earth and dried herbs. Medium to full body with ripe plum and cherry flavors. A young and highly structured wine with firm tannin that will evolve over time to reveal a classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
