Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with an inviting tropical fruit bouquet which includes banana, coconut, and floral notes. The medium body is smooth and crisp with integrated acidity and minerality. The flavor profile is lemon, pear, pineapple, and green apple with some herbal notes. The medium dry finish is mouthwatering with some peach pit notes that linger nicely. I would recommend pairing this Finger Lakes Riesling with Vietnamese spring rolls. - Joe
