Wine Review: This light yellow wine from Santorini opens with an aromatic Bosc pear and ginger bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic, and very approachable. The flavor profile is a very tasty gentle green apple with notes of nicely integrated gentle minerality. I also detected hints lemon verbena and mild lime. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. It went very well with my seafood risotto at Les Z. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour straw blonde, bright, with a nose of ripe citrus fruit. With refreshing acidity and a delightful after-taste
