Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a very attractive cherry vanilla bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a pleasant and tasty blueberry with hints of delicate oak and black cherry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are friendly. This wine is a perfect everyday Angus burger wine. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our 2007 Sonoma County Cabernet displays all the depth and complexity one would expect from this exceptional vintage. The bouquet is saturated with dried herbs, black tea, coconut, cocoa and black cherries. The palate is packed with ripe blackberries, earth, vanilla and toast. The finish is long and beautifully framed by the firmly integrated tannins.
