Wine Review: A delicate dry rose blend from Provence, medium coral color, aromas of strawberry, watermelon, wet granite, and white perfume florals. Quite lively, bright, and refreshing on the palate. It is medium-minus bodied and has medium-plus acidity and nice round mouthfeel. The flavors are a lovely blend of mild red raspberry, watermelon, white peach and minerality. The finish is dry, with peach pit tanginess. Serve with a fried Maryland soft-shell crab sandwich. - Mark
