Wine Review: This light straw-colored Chardonnay from Chile opens with a shy tangerine bouquet that includes hints of light banana, cantaloupe, oak and vanilla. The palate is soft and smooth with well-balanced acidity. The flavor profile features pineapple, lemon, lime and a touch of buttery oak. The finish is juicy and fades away nicely. Overall, this is a nice well-rounded wine. I would pair this Chard with fresh Thai or Vietnamese spring rolls. - Joe
Winemaker Notes: Attractive yellow color with some green tones. Its intense varietal character reminds one of ripe fruits like pineapple, with notes of melon and honey, well-harmonized with the oak. Full, rich and buttery. Pair with pasta and mild cheeses.
