Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with an attractive vanilla salt water taffy and light oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and slightly acidic. Yet it feels creamy and rich. The flavor profile is a lemon and green apple blend with notes of integrated butterscotch pudding and vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This Chard would pair well with pasta carbonarra. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Rich and vibrant tropical fruit flavors blend with toasty oak notes. Peach, pear and a touch of pineapple integrate with creamy vanilla. This full-bodied wine has a velvety and lingering mouth feel. Our favorite pairing for this wine includes pasta primavera, halibut and grilled chicken.
