Wine Review: This pale pink colored Rose opens with a pink grapefruit bouquet with hints of lime, strawberry, maraschino cherry and rose petal. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. It is also bright, lively, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a stony mineral and grapefruit blend with notes of lime and saline. We also detected a hint of maraschino cherry, strawberry and ginger ale in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. I would pair this Rose with a beach on a hot summer day. With food, try it with a strawberry and spinach salad with avocado and candied pecans or with a Margherita pizza. Enjoy – Ken and Mike M
