Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard opens with a mild lime bouquet with notes of butterscotch and a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, crisp and savory. The flavor profile is a tangerine and apple with a touch of melon and light oak. The finish is dry, slightly tingly and persistent. The panel suggested pairing this with trout almondine.
