Wine Review: This dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Riley's Rows opens with a red currant and red plum bouquet with hints of cinnamon, cedar, and rose petals. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and savory. The flavor profile is black currant and oolong tea blend with notes of graphite and eucalyptus. We also detected hints of cola and nutmeg. The finish is dry and its grippy tannins are nicely extended. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with steak tips or lamb stew. Enjoy – KWGTP
