Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Rhys opens with a dried strawberry and mild red raspberry bouquet with hints of cigar box and violets. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is awesome. It is nicely balanced, super smooth, suave, and caressing. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild strawberry and chalky minerality blend with notes of loam and black plum. I also detected hints of gentle pomegranate and cedar. The finish is dry, and its flavors and fine mild tannins fade away nicely. This Pinot is so elegant and easy to drink, share it with Pinot loving friends. It will not last long. Enjoy - Ken
