Wine Review: This pale yellow Vinho Verde opens with a mild lime and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely balanced, and fresh. The flavor profile is a very light lime with a hint of minerality. There is even a faint bit of apricot in the background. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with Dover sole. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Harmounious wine with a fresh, fruity and delicate aroma, where the presence, of tropical fruits and white flowers is evident. On the palate, it offers a long and persistent finish.
