Wine Review: This opaque and midnight blue colored red blend is consistently very good. It opens with a pleasant mild blueberry bouquet with hints cherry and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is black cherry with hints of blackberry, dark chocolate and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins linger for quite some time. This wine did pair well with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine has a deep ruby red hue that is framed in rich crimson. Aromas of black cherry and plum, surrounded by roasted coffee beans and vanillin oak accents. The entry is powerful and lush with flavors of bing cherry, blueberry and cocoa. Soft and velvety tannins round out the finish making this wine approachable and inviting. - Jen Beloz, Winemaker
