Wine Review: This Rosado opens up with hints of stone fruits, raspberries, pink grapefruit, and rhubarb. On the palate, the stone fruit continues, which throws you off because you are expecting red berries but instead get peaches and nectarines. The fruit flavors are accompanied by a limestone-like minerality and fresh acidity. The finish is medium in length and delivers a wallop of acidity as it runs to the back of your palate. The acidity might be a bit much for some but had there not been any this wine would have fallen flat as the concentrated flavors definitely needed it. One of the better rose’s I've tried this season. – Nicolay
Winemaker Notes: A serious yet fresh, dry Rosado from sustainably-farmed old Garnacha vines. An appealing satin pink, with delicate fruit aromas. Fresh, subtle flavors of cherries and wild strawberries.
