Wine Review: This straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild yellow grapefruit and wet stone bouquet along with hints of apricot pit and lime zest. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. It is also bright and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral and mild yellow grapefruit blend with notes of white peach. I also detected hints of lime, saline and white pepper mixed in. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity show very nice length. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with fried calamari and a roasted garlic and lime aioli. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This is a beautifully aromatic wine redolent of passion fruit, confectioner's sugar, and slate, the flavors are explosive and crisp with hints of citrus blossoms unfolding into a long, slightly grassy finish.
