Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a very inviting ripe black cherry bouquet with hints of cinnamon and cola. On the palate, this wine is medium boded, balanced, smooth and very approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty black plum with notes of cola, cocoa and gentle oak. I also detected a hint of cinnamon. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This elegant styled Pinot Noir is very food friendly. It would pair very nicely with a pork shoulder roast with figs, garlic, and pinot. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Notes of hickory, white pepper and blackberry bramble erupt from the fragrant nose. Lavender, dark chocolate and sarsaparilla follow, leading to a lush mouth of dark cherry and velvety soft tannins balanced with juicy acidity. The finish lingers tinged with red fruit.
