Wine Review: This yellow colored Pinot Blanc from Alsace opens with a mild Bartlett pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, shows pleasant acidity and delicate crispiness. The flavor profile is a tasty Anjou pear with a hint of Almond and lime. I also detected a touch of mineralty towards the end. The finish a dry, but not overly dry like many Alsatian wines. It went perfectly with my turkey baguette at Surdyk's Flights. Enjoy – Ken
