Wine Review: This deep garnet colored blend from Peachy Canyon features black cherry and black raspberry aromas along with notes of bramble, black pepper and nutmeg. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth and silky with lots of rich and ripe dark fruit, black cherry, tobacco leaf and cedar flavors. The finish is dry and displays nicely integrated tannins that are nicely extended. We would serve this wine with marinated steak tips or a bacon and blue cheeseburger. Enjoy – Karen and Stuart
Winemaker Notes: This lovely garnet and brick colored red blend opens on the nose with a sweet hint of caramel, raspberry, black currant, and eucalyptus. It's warm and smooth on the palate, with notes of raspberry preserves, black currant, and tart black cherry.
