Wine Review: This light watermelon colored wine from Peachy Canyon opens with a faint strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, round and very smooth for a dry rose. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral-infused strawberry with hints of red raspberry in the background. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose is food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This Rose shows an enticing mix of orange and pink colors that brighten with time. On the nose there's ample cranberry, strawberry, and zesty citrus. The palate is crisp with thirst quenching acidity and a smooth fruity finish that almost requires a porch and good company.
