Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored kitchen sink blend opens with a pomegranate and black raspberry bouquet with hints of craisin and a touch of cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe strawberry jam and cranberry blend with notes of pomegranate, black pepper and oak. I also detected a hint of raspberry tea towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This is a very good weekday wine that would pair well with a tangy pulled pork sandwich or honey and ginger grilled shrimp. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Rich and dark, this deep purple wine beckons to you with lively aromas of black plum, black cherry, and confectioner's sugar. Notes of bright fruit, cola, and vanilla bean add to the allure, while the palate coats the mouth with plum, raspberry jam, and subtle notes of clove. A succulent wine with a round and juicy finish.
