Wine Review: This white gold colored Grenache Blanc opens with a fragrant and appealing pear bouquet with hints of orange. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of honey, faint fig and a dash of cinnamon. The finish is rather dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This wine is food friendly and it would pair well with a seafood casserole or Coquilles St. Jacques. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Grenache Blanc displays a lush, beautiful nose, with a medley of tropical fruit aromas that leap from the glass. Hibiscus flower, passion fruit, & mango combine with lavender and hints of coconut. On the palate, subtle notes of almond, jasmine, & tangerine zest are complemented by a rich mouthfeel & a long smooth finish.
