Wine Review: This opaque and deep ruby colored Petite Sirah was our top selection from our recent mini-blind tasting. It opens with an attractive boysenberry and cherry cola like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty cherry cola and strawberry cream Life Savor blend. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. The panel suggested that this fruit bomb would pair well with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese. We also felt Zin fans would love this wine. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Inky, luminescent purple are the appropriate descriptors for the intense color of this wine. A bouquet of herbes de Provence, grilling char, clove, and plum compliments the well-structured palate. Flavors of dark cherry, tobacco, and leather are the backbone of this rich, supple wine.
